It was a complete coincidence that my show occurred during Easter Holy Week. I asked for the week I did because it was the last week prior to the NCECA conference that I wanted to attend. This way I would get the maximum amount of time to organize the show [and it needed all the time I had and could easily have absorbed much, much more].

To have my show which dealt with death in a spiritual way within a religious setting during the week that the Catholic Church remembers the passion, death and ressurection of Christ heightened the importance of the show for me. It was more important that the show be relevant and emotionally and spiritually right - that it wouldn't offend anyone or seem trite at such a spiritually-focussed time of year.

In the end I think I benefitted greatly from this coincidence. I worked harder and the participants and visitors were probably readier for the spiritual aspects.
